On websites like createblog.com and freecodessource etc... how can i make my own layout like them like really nnice not like those layout gen whee u make ur own i cant make it th eway i want... tell me if u know please

It's not going to be something you can be able to do in a flash. Most of the layouts from createblog.com are created by users who have extensive experience in that field and are using programs which are expensive as well as knowledge they have gained from taking classes.

However, if you're really willing to be able to make your own layouts, start out small -- read up on coding (HTML, CSS are the most common codes used in layout making for blogs). As for graphics, if you're willing to buy a program, try Paint Shop Pro -- it's not as expensive as Photoshop but it's still a good starting point. Read tutorials on it and fiddle around with it. With time you'll be able to make your own great layouts :)
