[DIV]Layouts for myspace HELP!?

I would really like to know how to make DIV layouts for myspace. or at least layouts like this:http://www.createblog.com/layouts/previe...

I also want to start a layout site. I already know basica html and know how to make other layouts. but I would really like to know how to make layouts like those. DIV's especially. and ones that are small and in the center.

Any free programs? or anything?

This text tutorial helped me through making my DIV layout. It's not a generator, you can arrange the tables however you want. To to the more fancy pages, you'd need adobe something and dreamweaver, that's too much for me, but here's the site for the tutorial:
