Help with making div layouts.?

I have basic knowledge of HTML and somewhat CSS. I Want to make a Anime themed div layout for my website: www.iceflix.com Yes I do own the site, but what I need are some tutorials on how to make the layout I want useing Photoshop CS3. You can also post tutorials for Paint Shop Pro 9 Bcuz I Am getting it soon. I don't want anything to do with myspace layouts or anything with the word "MYSPACE" I hate myspace lolz. I made my own layout before but I didn't know how to make it so that it could be a .HTML document it was a .txt, but that is a whole different story. I need tutorials for making anime website layouts. If you are willing to make me a layout for free ^_^ just tell me lolz.
