I make layouts, but my website that I use is limited. where is a really good website where i can make better quality layouts??

Also, how can i make things like animated rainfall, or snowflakes in the layout??

http://www.mygen.co.uk/ is a site where you can create your own layouts and has coding to add in other things.

This site also has a generator which make hearts and other things fall from the top of a profile.

http://www.gotomylayouts.com has the generators for you. not sure about other things, sorry.
http://www.myspacesupport.com/ has everything you need from a place to ask people who are there to answer questions about myspace to images, layout genrators tutorials and codes.
